Vancouver Public Library (Central Branch) is a landmark in the heart of downtown, Vancouver. In the area populated by the modern glass skyscrapers, the VPL building boasts its unique design. On the top of this building lies a rooftop garden. Its significance comes not only from its aesthetics, but the philosophy behind it.
